Login to Allocat and click 'Connect to Xero' to start scanning for allocations.
When Allocat has finished the scan, review suggested allocations.
Change allocations if required (see amend), or if happy, click Allocate Credit.
Proposed allocations are listed in the drop down.
To amend, cancel suggested allocation and select preferred allocation from the drop down.
When happy, click Allocate Credit.
Bulk Allocation - Allocate all creidts in bulk by clicking 'Allocate All' on the dashboard.
Automatic Allocations - Allocat can automatically allocate credits. To enable, navigate to settings and click 'Auto Allocate'.
Allocat matches outstanding invoices/credits first by amount, and then by date order (beginning with the oldest). You can amend this allocation if needed.
If you want to manually override an allocation, simply delete the suggestion and pick another invoice from the the drop down if required.
You can add additional organisations by clicking on the + sign on the side menu.
Allocat refresh overnight and whenever you manually update the connection
